Here at Square Feet and Floor Plans, we measure and record every corner of your building space to calculate the total square footage accurately, in addition to creating a true and complete As-Built Floor Plan layout.
Our Floor Plans include:
1. Square footage of Finished and Unfinished area (Garage, Mechanical and Storage rooms).
2. Dimensions of major rooms like Kitchen, Bedrooms and Living Room
3. Full Color and texture that is attractive and produce interest
4. Presented in A3 size high resolution PNG/JPG/PDF file

Square footage is computed from our CAD software once we complete the full survey of your property on-site. The measured total square footage we derive is based upon industry recognized ANSI Z765-2003 standard which is endorsed by the National Association of Home Builders. This standard creates a uniform approach to calculating and reporting square footage (or finished area) for use in marketing and selling homes.
